Before applying for a scholarship for the RPL Program, please ensure that you meet the qualifications to apply for the RPL Program itself, and that you are able to make the necessary commitment to successfully complete the program. There is a separate application process for the RPL Program. Receiving a RPL scholarship does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

You must be an APCO Full, Associate or Online member to apply for a scholarship. Commercial members are not eligible.
